The staff were exceptionally lovely, providing excellent customer service. The place was spotlessly clean with free wifi. The gym offered a wide variety of good-quality equipment. The breakfast provided by a nearby traditional US diner was tasty and the cafe staff were friendly.

The Greenpoint YMCA is located in a safe area with all the necessary conveniences around. It is situated just between two subway stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, equipped with a real air conditioner, which is a big plus during hot summer days.

No major issues, everything was fine.

Simple room, clean bed, close to river, stunning sunset view. No frills, just a bed and shower. Perfect for what I needed. Could definitely repeat.
